Shipping

We ship to all Scandinavian countries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland). Your order will always be shipped on the following business day with PostNord.

Standard shipping in Sweden - 49 SEK

Norway, Denmark, Finland - 149 SEK

Estimated delivery time:
Sweden: 1-5 business days.
Norway, Denmark, Finland: 2-7 business days.

All products can also be picked up in our store in Varberg.

Note that shipping during intense periods, such as Christmas will most truly take some extra days. 

 

If orders are lost in transit we do not provide a refund however please get in contact with us and we will work with you to solve the situation.

Returns

As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you would like to return any of your products you should send us an e-mail to info@govintage.se containing your name, your address, your e-mail address, your order number, and which products you want to return.

After you have sent us your e-mail you should return the products to us as soon as possible. Your return must be sent to us within 14 days after your cancelation.

Also, note that you as a customer are responsible to return the products in the same condition as received. The return cost will be paid by you as a customer and you are responsible of the return until we receive the products.
After we have received your return, the money will be refunded to you within 20 business days. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Unclaimed packages are not the same thing as a refund or cancellation of the order.

For non-redeemed packages without any separate cancellation, we will charge you the delivery cost.
